What types of payment do you accept?

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds and cancelations are permitted, only till 10 days prior to the event date. As we freeze all event planning and orders by event date - 10 days, cancelations will not incur any refunds if done less than 10 days.
What if the event is cancelled or postponed?
In case of event cancelation due to bad weather or other unavoidable challenges, we will try to reschedule to another date and refund the amount to families who may not be able to accommodate the new schedule.
At what age does a child need a ticket?
We love kids and absolutely no charges for kids of any age during any Sangam events.
Do you offer military, senior citizen, or other discounts?
Event prizes are specially discounted for senior citizens, military personnel.
What items am I not allowed to bring into the event (e.g., bags, coolers, video equipment, outside f
Any sharp objects, volatile substances, weapons, knife, etc., which may cause harm to guest or create panic. Any such act will be reported to the authorities with immediate effect.
Is there a way for me to get updates as the event gets closer?
Absolutely. We believe in keeping everyone informed for event updates and communication channels flowing. Event details and updates will be shared on our website https://sangamclt.com/, youtube channel, Facebook, Whatsapp goups, Twitter and Instagram.
Is the membership valid for 1 year or more than a year?
Sangam membership is valid for 2 years as we will use the amount for doing work for our community and society. All members will get multiple benefits in short and long terms. More details on the membership page.
